What is churn and why does it matter?▼
Churn is the percentage of subscribers who cancel each month. A 5% monthly churn means if you have 100 subscribers, 5 will cancel. To grow, you need to gain more subscribers than you lose. Lower churn comes from quality content and engaged collectors.
